DURATION OF COMPETITION

Week 1: From July 27th 2023 7:00AM GMT+1 until August 3rd 2023 11:59:59PM GMT+1
Week 2: From August 8th 2023 7:00AM GMT+1 until August 15th 2023 11:59:59PM GMT+1
Week 3: From August 17th 2023 7:00AM GMT+1 until August 24th 2023 11:59:59PM GMT+1

RULES OF COMPETITION

• One contestant will win one iPhone 14 128GB (color to be decided by 123Optic.com) in each week
• To enter the competition, contestants must purchase products from 123Optic.com
• The discount code “IPHONE” must be used for the order
• The discount code can only be used once per person and per account. The code cannot be combined with other promotions/deals, does not apply to orders already placed and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The orders must be placed during the duration of the competition
• Per week one winner will be selected that has used the discount code "IPHONE" within that period
• The minimum order value of the orders must be € 50 or higher including tax and shipping
• People can enter the competition only once and use the code only once per week
• The discount code is valid only during the duration of the competition
• By placing the order and using the discount code “IPHONE”, contestants agree with the conditions of the competition
• Contestants must be 18 years or older at the time of order placement
• The iPhone 14 may not be exchanged for cash or products
• On August 4th 2023 the winner will be announced for week 1
• On August 16th 2023 the winner will be announced for week 2
• On August 25th 2023 the winner will be announced for week 3
• The winner will be chosen fully randomly using ‘commentpicker.com’
• The process will be recorded on video for audit

PRIZE

• One iPhone 14 128GB, color to be decided by 123Optic.com. A preference may be asked of the winner.
• The iPhone 14 128GB will be sent to the contest winner within 30 days after completing the order
• Purchased products within this order may not be returned for cash, but for store credit only
• The prize may not be transferred to third parties

DENIAL OF PARTICIPATION

Lens Service bvba reserves the right to adjust all action parameters without notifying the customer in advance. Lens Service bvba is entitled to exclude (groups of) participants without reason from participation in the action and future actions whereby the right to benefit lapses. This may happen if participants violate the action terms and conditions, provide multiple incomplete or false (e-mail) addresses or other personal data or abuse the action terms and conditions. Lens Service bvba may do this on suspicion, without giving reasons and without any obligation to pay any compensation to the participant concerned, and Lens Service bvba shall not be obliged to inform the participant of this or provide proof.

FORCE MAJEURE

If any legal or structural changes, outside of the scope of control of Lens Service bvba takes place, that has influence on the continuation or balance of this contest or changes essential parts of the competition, Lens Service bvba is discharged of any consequences.

CHANGES IN CONTEST

The organizers of this contest have the right to change the process of the contest when unexpected situations occur. Lens Service bvba and people that are affiliated can not be held responsible for any changes or situations that require changes outside of their scope of control.

PERSONAL DATA

Any information provided when ordering with discount code “IPHONE” will be used to draw the winner. The data will be inserted in a third party application where the data will be used to draw the winner. After the winner is chosen, this data will be removed. The personal identification information such as name, phone number and e-mail address will be used to provide the winner with their prize. The name and country will be used to announce the winner publicly.

COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

Competing in this contest means the unequivocal acceptance of all conditions and any decision of the Organizer. Any complaints and disputes may be ignored by organizers. Any complaints and disputes will be accepted via mail only. The mail address is service@123optic.com. Any complaints and disputes must be filed within 7 days after the ending of the competition, to be specific August 10th 2023 11:59:59PM GMT+1.

REGULATIONS

These regulations are subject to Belgian law and any dispute regarding their application falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp.
