Contest Regulations

ORGANIZER OF COMPETITION

This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Apple Inc.

DURATION OF COMPETITION

From August 27th, 2025 (07:00 AM GMT+1) until September 16th, 2025 (11:59:59 PM GMT+1).

RULES OF COMPETITION

• Participants can win one (1) iPhone 16 128GB (color chosen by Organizer; winner may express a preference).
• To participate, customers must place an order of minimum €90 (incl. tax, excl. shipping) on 123Optic.com during the contest period.
• The discount code “IPHONE16” must be used at checkout. Using this code gives the participant automatic entry in the contest.
• The discount code is valid only once per person/account per week during the contest period. It cannot be combined with other promotions and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Per week, one provisional winner is drawn among the valid entries. A final winner will be confirmed on September 20th, 2025.
• Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of placing the order.
• Belgium (and where required by law, e.g. France, Greece): To validate participation, entrants must also answer a simple skill-based tie-breaker question (“schiftingsvraag”), e.g. ‘How many orders do we expect during September 2025?’. In case of multiple correct or closest answers, the earliest correct entry will be selected.
• The winner will be chosen fairly and transparently, by random draw (using “commentpicker.com”) and/or based on the schiftingsvraag where required. The process will be documented for audit purposes.
• By entering, participants agree fully to these contest regulations.

PRIZE

• One iPhone 16 128GB. Value: €969.
• The prize is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
• The prize will be shipped to the winner within 30 days after confirmation of eligibility.
• Products purchased as part of the qualifying order may be returned for store credit only, not cash.

DENIAL OF PARTICIPATION

The Organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who violate these terms, abuse the promotion, or provide false/incomplete information.

FORCE MAJEURE

If legal or structural changes outside the Organizer’s control affect the contest, the Organizer may suspend, modify, or cancel the contest without liability.

CHANGES IN CONTEST

The Organizer reserves the right to adapt the contest rules or procedures in case of unforeseen circumstances, without liability.

PERSONAL DATA

Personal data collected during participation will be processed solely for the purpose of administering the contest, selecting the winner, and delivering the prize.
Data will be deleted after the contest, except where retention is legally required.
The winner’s first name and country may be published on 123Optic communication channels.

COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

By participating, entrants unconditionally accept these rules.
Complaints can be submitted by email to service@123optic.com within 7 days after the end of the contest (latest September 21st, 2025, 11:59:59 PM GMT+1).

APPLICABLE LAW

These regulations are subject to Belgian law. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp.
