In accordance with the Law on Market Practices and Consumer Protection, the buyer has a right of withdrawal. For any non-personalized product (spherical, toric and multifocal), the buyer has the power to waive the purchase, without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 days of the delivery of the product or after the conclusion of the service. In this case, the customer 123optic.com communicates, within 3 business days, its intention to return the said product. 123optic.com may impose any shipping instructions. These must be respected by the customer. The purchaser will recover the purchase price of the product within two weeks after 123optic.com has received the returned product, provided 123optic.com receives the product on time and has sufficient postage. Under no circumstances may a refund be made if the product has been used, if the packaging is damaged and / or if the product has not been returned in its original packaging. This provision does not apply to custom products such as lenses made specifically for the buyer (hard lenses, annual lenses).
Any complaint relating to the non-conformity of the delivery or a visible defect must immediately be communicated in writing or by email at the time of delivery, in the absence of this written communication, each complaint will be considered null and void. In the event of hidden defects or a hidden non-compliance, the buyer will have to send by registered letter, to communicate his complaints within 14 days after the discovery of the hidden defect or the hidden non-conformity; failing to comply with these conditions any complaint will be considered null and void. In case of complaint, the buyer remains bound to respect his payment obligations. Returns will be free of charge to 123optic.com and will only be accepted if 123optic.com has previously given permission in writing.
